William Emerson Arnett (born May 4, 1970) is a Canadian-American actor, comedian and producer. He starred in the Arrested Development and 30 Rock. He also voiced Lego Batman in animated movies, The Lego Movie, The Lego Batman Movie and The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part. Rumble. He was also best known for playing Mr. Perkins in the film Despicable Me (2010). Arnett plays Detective Terry Seattle in the Netflix comedy mystery series Murderville.
Arnett was born in Toronto.[1] He married Penelope Ann Miller from 1994 to 1995. Arnett married Amy Poehler from 2003 to 2016. They have two children.
