The Cheesecake Factory

The Cheesecake Factory is a North American-based restaurant company and cheesecake distributor. The company has 219 full service restaurants: 206 as The Cheesecake Factory and the last seven as Grand Lux Cafe.

The first Cheesecake Factory restaurant opened in Beverly Hills, California in 1978. Its cheesecakes are found inside Barnes & Noble bookstores.
