Sphenacodon
Sphenacodon is a genus of sphenacodont that lived during the Early Permian period. Sphenacodon was related to Dimetrodon.

Sphenacodon made an appearance in a famous lost movie called The Lost Spider-Pit Sequence. In the movie, it became described as a huge two-legged lizard, and was inaccurately portrayed as being capable of eating humans.
