Closed as not promoted per WP:SNOW, WP:NOTNOW and WP:CfA. People should first learn what Wikipedia is and then they should learn what being an administrator means. Such requests from fairly new user can/could be seen as trolling and disruption. Also you should know this since your last RfA is not long time ago and it was deleted upon your request. Do you think that requesting it two days later makes it better? Absolutely a no-go. -Barras (talk) 08:02, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

I remember once reporting a change of the location of an external link to an administrator. If I fell under that permission's category, I could do more scanning, and be more active in the articles requested for deletion. I also had an idea in mind to make a Wiki project, which I need to put more thought to before I start it. Also, I have been teaching myself about the wiki tools. Some of my co-wikipedians also helped me from time to time. I hope to achieve a lot if I become an admin. Candidate's acceptance: self-nomination

1. Per WP:NOTNOW (you're relatively new), plus you were recently blocked for socking; something that, in my mind, disqualifies one for adminship. Kansan (talk) 07:13, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
2. Another not now per above. I thought there was a recommendation that the nominee for adminship should preferably be on the wiki for about 3 months first. Seeing your first edit here was on the 10th of July, you're a bit too new unfortunately. Best to gain a few months of activity here before you may have another go. Nifky^{^} 07:30, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
3. I'm sorry, but I have to oppose per above, and my own observations. 3 months is pretty standard, and even users who have been here for a much longer time sometimes never become administrators. As I said on your talk page, I don't feel you're quite ready yet. However, please don't take this personally: as I said, I would be very happy to help you with anything here, and you have the potential to be highly regarded one day. Just be patient, and remember, adminship is not a prize or something that makes you "better". It's only a few more tools that I don't think you need right now. 4. Don't take this personally, but I want to be brief and to the point. You have less than five hundred edits, and some of them were comments irrelevant to the encyclopedia, and your first footing here was as a sockpuppet. As to vandalism, you can deal with it without administrator tools. If you come back within a couple months, and have more interest in admin work, perhaps I can consider your request for administratorship with greater understanding. :| TelCoNaSpVe :| 07:38, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

• Hazard, you aren't ready for this. But more importantly, you need to know that all the things you've stated in your nomination statement can be done without being an admin. I did not use any administrator tools to fix the link you told me about; that was simply me knowing what the interwiki prefixes were, and you learn these things as you progress as an editor. You are still very new and have a long way to go. For now I would suggest putting adminship aside and focusing on learning about the way this Wikipedia works and becoming familiar with it. A note could have been left on the article's talk page, on the AN or an admin's talk page. Usually pages in mainspace that are full protected are for short term intervals. Nifky^{^} 07:37, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
