Hello. If the community is willing, I would like my edits reviewed. I want to know how I'm doing in mainspace. I would also like to know how I'm intereacting with the community. There have been a couple of comments regarding my aggressiveness. Do I come on too strong? Also, I would like my administrative actions reviewed. Same concern with coming on too strong. I want to thank everyone who can put in some comments here so that I am sure that I am making worthwhile contributions to the project. If there are rough edges, I would like to correct them. Thank you for your time and consideration on this review. Very respectfully, NonvocalScream (talk) 05:07, 7 August 2009 (UTC)

First off, I know you're an administrator here so I can assume you are trusted by the wiki community. I don't have major opinions about you due to my long time absence, but based on your contribs, you seem to be very active in community discussions and a dedicated editor. You worried that you may be too "aggressive" sometimes? My response is that administrators are not always perfect in every situation. Sometimes firm administrative action may be needed depending on the circumstance. Also in most wikis, there are nice admins and there are strict admins. I'm not trying calling you "strict" or "aggressive". You have been valuable to this wikipedia, and users like you are the ones who manages to keep a small-sized wikipedia running without collapse. Keep on editing! Until then, --§ Snake311 (I'm Not Okay!) 04:52, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- I am very happy with my started articles you can see in my daylog here
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- What I call thoughtful discussion, some call conflict. This is an area of concern that I need objective feedback on.
