The playgrounds at Franklin Park

Prairie Village is a city in northeast Kansas, very close to Kansas City. The 2020 census population was near 23,000.^[1] Construction of the Prairie Village began in 1941. The city was incorporated in 1951.

The city is in Johnson County.
