Nita Ambani (born 1 November 1963) is an Indian philanthropist and businesswoman, best known as the chairperson of the Reliance Foundation and as a director of Reliance Industries. She is the wife of Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries.[1]

In 2010, Nita Ambani founded the Reliance Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Reliance Industries.[2]

Personal life[change]

Nita Ambani married Mukesh Ambani in 1985, and they have three children – twins Akash and Isha, and Anant. The Ambani family resides in Antilia, one of the world’s most expensive private residences, located in South Mumbai.
