Nellie Tayloe Ross
Nellie Tayloe Ross (born Nellie Davis; November 29, 1876 — December 19, 1977) was an American politician. She was the 14th Governor of Wyoming. She is the only female governor that state has had.
Ross was born near St. Joseph, Missouri. She died when she was 101 years old.
