Leon Askin
Leon Askin (Leon Aschkenasy; September 18, 1907 – June 3, 2005) was an Austrian movie and television actor. He was best known for playing the character "General Burkhalter" on the TV situation comedy Hogan's Heroes.[1] Askin was born in Vienna, Austria.
Askin died in Vienna, Austria from natural causes, aged 97.
