The Kia KX3 is a subcompact Crossover SUV made by Kia through the Yueda-Kia joint venture from 2015 to 2023.

The Kia KX3 was shown for the first time as a concept at The Guangzhou Auto Show in 2014[1] and was shown as a production model in 2015.[2] The car shares its plataform with the Hyundai ix25 and has a 1.6 liter 1.6 liter turbo and 2.0 liter petrol engines with a 6-speed both manual and automatic transmissions and a 7-speed DCT transmission. The car was then improved in 2016.[3]
The car had a electric version called Kia KX3 EV launched in 2018. It has 81 kW (109 hp) and a consumption of 100 km.[4]

The second generation of the Kia KX3 was shown in September 2019. It is actually the Kia Seltos under the name KX3. The second gen has a additional Chinese name called Aopao. It was put on sale in China in December. It has a 1.5 liter petrol engine with a CVT transmission.[8]
Markets[change]
The Kia KX3 was sold only in The Chinese Market during its entire production.
Discontinuation[change]
The production of The Kia KX3 ended in 2023. It was then renamed back to Kia Seltos.
