Giengen an der Brenz is a town in Heidenheim in Baden-Württemberg in Germany. It is near the border with Bavaria. It is about 30 km northeast of Ulm. Giengen is home to the headquarters of Steiff, a plush toy company, founded in 1880. It is placed on the Nuremberg-Ulm-Constance route, one of the main routes of the Compostella Trail.
