Francis M. "Bud" Mullen, Jr. (born December 14, 1934) is an American politician. He was the executive assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He was the 3rd Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) from 1981 to 1985.[1]
