Colorado's 4th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Colorado. It is located in the eastern part of the state. It is made up of most of the rural Eastern Plains, as well as portions of the Colorado Front Range, including Loveland, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and Parker.
The district is currently represented by Republican Greg Lopez. With a Cook Partisan Voting Index rating of R+13, it is the most Republican district in Colorado. It is also the richest congressional district in the state of Colorado.[5]
