Chingon
Appearance
In mathematics, the chingon number system extends the complex numbers into 64 dimensions. The routons are also called the sexagintaquatronions or 64-ions. The number system was named after the I Ching, an ancient Chinese book, since the I Ching has 64 hexagrams. It is represented using the symbol <math>\mathbb X</math>, because <math>\mathbb C</math> is already used for the complex numbers.[1]
The 128-dimensional Centumduodetrigintanions come after the chingons.
