Breisach is a town in Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is on the Rhine River. About 16,000 people live there.
The town is about halfway between Freiburg and Colmar, near Kaiserstuhl. A bridge leads over the Rhine to Neuf-Brisach, France.
