Area code 719 is a telephone area code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) serving the state of Colorado in the United States. It covers a large region in the central and southern parts of Colorado, including cities such as Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City. It entered service on March 5, 1988 as a split from 303.
