Area code 607

Area code 607 is an area code for New York. It was created in 1954 as a split of area codes 315 and 716 for the southern portion for the Southern Tier, bordering Pennsylvania. It covers cities including but not limited to Binghamton, Cortland, Ithaca, Oneonta, and Delhi.
