William Lynn Ogg (May 17, 1937 – September 10, 2020) was an American politician. He was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1995 to 2002. His district was located in Scioto County, Ohio. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio. Ogg was a member of the Democratic Party.

Ogg died on September 10, 2020 in Portsmouth at the age of 83.[1]
