Lester Ryan

Lester Ryan (18 April 1959 – 6 June 2020) was an Irish sportsman. He was born in County Kilkenny. He played hurling with his local club Clara and with the Kilkenny intercounty team. Ryan won two All-Ireland Minor Hurling medals, three Leinster Senior Hurling medals and appeared in two All-Ireland finals.

Ryan was killed in a bike crash on 6 June 2020 in Gowran, Ireland at the age of 61.[1]
