Peter Anthony DeFazio /dɪˈfɑːzi/ (born May 27, 1947) is an American politician. He was the U.S. Representative for Oregon's 4th congressional district from 1987 to 2023. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He was one of the founders of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.[1]
