Marvin E. Aspen

Marvin E. Aspen (born 1934) is an American politician and lawyer. He is a Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois since 2002 after serving as Chief Judge from 1995 to 2002. He was nominated for the position in 1979 by President Jimmy Carter.^[1]
