Usage[change]

{{NCBIBook2|NBKnnnn|Book Title}}

where "NBKnnnn" is the book id number, which is part of the canonical URL. For example,

{{NCBIBook2|NBK1450|Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Overview}}

produces: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Overview.

Note that the title is optional, so

{{NCBIBook2|NBK1450}}

produces NBK1450.
