Edwin Ronald Barnes (6 February 1935 – 6 February 2019) was an English Roman Catholic priest and a former Church of England bishop. He was born in Oxford and the Anglican Bishop of Richborough from 1995 to 2002. He was the president of the Church Union.[1][2]
