Valentine Lamb

Valentine Edward Martin "Val" Lamb (26 January 1939 – 24 April 2015) was a British sports journalist. He was editor of The Irish Field from 1970 to 2003.

Lamb was born in Coombe Bissett, Wiltshire. He was the son of the artist Henry Lamb and his wife Lady Pansy Pakenham. He was married twice and had three children.

Lamb died on 24 April 2015, aged 76.[1]
