Terry Balsamo (born October 8, 1972) is an American guitarist. He is the former guitarist of the rock bands Cold and Evanescence. He was Evanescence's lead guitarist from 2003 to 2015. He co-wrote on the albums The Open Door (2006) and Evanescence (2011).

Balsamo uses Ibanez guitars.
