No advocacy means an article is not supposed to have an opinion. Advocacy is the writing mistake of sounding like you are writing your own point of view. It is often called POV-pushing. Sometimes Wikipedians think a writer was biased on purpose and that the writer knows why the charge was made. The articles are supposed to report facts and not have opinions.
